Did they make Dark Excalibur an inheritable skill?

New banner: Wrath SI? Check. Wo Dao+ SI? Check. But Dark Excalibur isn't inheritable as far as I know. Or is this changed now when weapons can be upgraded to Dark Excalibur?

Fortunately she herself hasn't really been powercrept yet... I mean, even Julia, I'm considering foddering my 2 Deirdres (some Klein syndrome going on there, with all her delicious SI), once lil drake can learn Divine Naga.

Good chance this Sonya/Neph bait might cause me to skip the Legendary Banner, or at least just snipe red/green on it, which I didn't want to have to do :/

Yeah, I mean Neph is better than 2/3 of the blue units on the LH banner (we don't know how good Fjorm truly is, though she seems great). And Sonya is one of the best green mages in the game...

The 1-2-3 PUNCH that is Ike/Celica/Ayra (need better IVs for all 3), and DC / Potentially QR3 or Speed Ploy 3 fodder is the only thing keeping me from spending the last $75 of my biweekly FEH allowance on more Sonya/Nephs. Even worse, I might pull an all nighter on the night heading into 12/7 just to spend some of my check for more Sonyas before she disappears for another 6 months :/
