This looks pretty fun. How does he perform in practice?

How'd you do that? I pulled a +spd WChrom and was considering something like this. I can only see how you push him up to 32 with hone armour

Also, how many things does he NOT one-shot with wrath glimmer when he's in brazen range? That was my issue when considering this on WChrom
