Desperation 2 Minerva

This depends on how much you want to hoard your fodder, but unless you have an abundance of desperation 2 fodder, I'd wait for a shanna. If you want to use her with desperation right now, then you can go for it. I should also mention that hit and run is a great B skill for minerva, especially if you're using her in a flier team. A last note is that firesweep axe will inevitably be a thing in the future, which will want life and death/hit and run as a build, if you want to bother thinking about that atm.
