Descendants of Gods?

Okay here's an important thing to note. Mythics seem to be linked to deities and deities alone, as specified in the note for them. Thus, they must be linked to a deity, directly or otherwise.

Do note Dragon Gods, such as Naga, do count, since she is a goddess in a way. Now, unto possibilities.

Other than OC's, we have:

Tiki
Robin
Corrin

Those 3 are children to gods. One Dragon God, one Death Dragon God, and one Time/Illusion Dragon God. And they can be as strong as their parents assuming enough training. Tiki can replace Naga, Rob can use Grima's powers in one of Awakening's endings, and Corrin can probably grow as strong as his father assuming he doesn't go completely mad.

Now, the issue is, do they count the descendants of legendary deities? If so, then other units would be

Seliph
Micaiah

Now, I'm assuming the descendant of Legendary Heroes (who have the option to use some unique skill) are likely candidates (sorry Leif, you're relegated to Legendary status it seems)

Furthermore, another candidate is Roy, and I'll explain. Spoiler alerts here. The Binding Blade in a way caused the Ending Winter in 6, so it can be assumed that it's a god like weapon, and as such, perhaps he count? Not sure.

In short, who do you think will be a Mythic Hero (remember they have to be linked to a god and or children to said gods, can't just be any random bloke like Ryoma or Lyn)

I found that peculiar as well. In short, we might be seeing units like Naga, Mila, Duma, Anankos, Yume, Ashera and the like in this game. I wonder about Tiki, tbh. They already made her a Legendary Hero once. I feel like that would prevent her from being Mythical, as well. At least I know there will be a bunch of people getting triggered for some reason if that happens.

I honestly think it won't be the deities themselves. It'll be the children or descendants of said deities, like Eir is. Otherwise, it wouldn't make sense for Anankos of all things to be Mythical but for Grima to be Legendary (though, this is Grima, Robin killed the immortal beast so he may be that missing link, who knows).

Since we already got Grimaand Tiki in the form of a legendary hero I highly doubt we would get another mythical version. But I could see Micaiah and Corrin as candidates, as well as Naga herself.

Well, we got Grima, not Robin perse. They're different entities entirely. And considering we have Hel as an antagonist and her daughter as our ally, I think that Robin is still a potential candidate. He is in a way Grima's direct child. He bears it's heart for pete's sake XD

Alm and Celica

Umm, Duma and Mila aren't gods though. They bowed down to Naga, thus Naga is akin to a deity. There's a stark difference, but we'll see.

Unless my entire playthrough of that game was a lie I can guarantee you we refer to them as gods every time they come up. Its even kinda played off with the comparison of dark (Alm) vs light (Celica)

Well sure, that is part of it. But do keep in mind. They're not gods, they didn't create a continent. They acted as sovereign's of their respective countries and due to their power came to be known as "gods". But we who play the games know that they're nothing more than glorified dragons who went nuts. It happens in every game.

Like the closest dragons we've had to deities are Idunn(War Dragon), Grima (Death itself), Naga (Chief Dragon for a reason). Sure, they may be reffered to as gods, but I don't that'll be the case.

We shall see though, it's as much a possibility as it isn't. We have 16 new spots so I wouldn't be surprised if they flexed that whole godlike being title.

Also do keep in mind. Ike killed a fucking deity and he's not a mythical. that doesn't bode well for Alm now does it? Even less for Celica.

Most lore sticks to their respective games making me think Alm and Celica could easily get ones. And either this is going to be a new unit vessel or I have a strong feeling this is just legendary part 2

I have a strong feeling that it's going to be Legendary 2, because the names just don't fit any of the units in FEH at all. It just doesn't make sense and I agree that they should be Mythic heroes in one way or another (at the very minimum Alm who killed Duma). Like, the fucking Light Sigil looks like Alm's marking for fucks sake. XD
