Demotes after the banner

After the last 2 banners we were all wondering who is going to get demoted, but this time...geez, will it be the lord with a unique weapon, a unique B slot? Will it be tiny hands man, or his sister with unique weapons and all slots filled? Or will it be the healer with a garbage kit and only a "new" heal, which doesn't even reverse the debuffs, WTF IS?! Just say that you hate staffs, we all know it. Even daggers, which are hated as well got at least 2 good ones in the recent additions this year.
Okay, enough rambling abut our new 4-5* healer, the real question is what are they going to do about the remaining 4-5* heroes, are they demoting the oldest one with every new banner (LoL style)? Are they demoting very bad(and old) 5* exclusives? Looking at you Mist. Or are they ignoring them for now?
I wouldn't care if they leave them in the 4-5* category since it's by far the smallest now. And they already made the summoning experience much better.
I hope that they do something about the 4* pool next by either demoting 5* exclusives, like previously mentioned, but they need to be careful with that, even tho it would be great for players now, making rare skills easily excessable could harm the game.
Or they could demote 3-4* units to 3* "exclusives". Units like Raigh, Est, Oboro come to my mind. No useful skills to inherit, no refine and overall not really good. However demoting them means they are more rare so I don't think this is the right approach.

I'm actually hopping Nanna gets demoted. I'd like to build her up into a decent unit, similar to my current Serra. It'd also make her a lot easier to get with the optimal IVs. I can't really see them demoting any of the other units. That said, she'd be the first healer with two passives so there is honestly a chance she'll be a 5* exclusive ):

I wouldn't mind if they demoted some of the older 5* only units into a 4-5* pool, but I don't think we'd see that till the next update. What they have shown is they're listening to the feedback and trying to balance it. If they slowly adjust things with each update, that'll work fine. Or they might wait another 6 months then edit it again lol.

I'd be fine with Nanna getting demoted too, not because I particularly want to use her. Maybe she'd replace Priscilla as my backup healer suited mainly just for my all cav teams. But what I'd honestly really want her for is to sacrifice her to give her new staff to her mom!

You're right that the 5* exclusives need to be available at 4*. Those that have been in the game since the start should now be available at 4*. This also doesn't cause the issue you've alluded to of good skills suddenly flooding the game as none of the originals have anything decent.

Honestly, Nanna’s stats and weird kit scream 4* Healer. She’s like Maria on a horse.
I’d be perfectly fine if Nanna were to be demoted, I love her personality/character, and her art is AMAZING (MIWABE SAKURA DO NOT INTERACT)

I think it's either Nanna or nobody, they've done that before. The other ones have too exclusive skills.
I'm very satisfied with the recent demotion of 4*-5* to 3*-4*, so I don't mind if the summoning pools stay like that for now.
