Death Blow is just fine on her. You want her attacking most melee units anyways, so that +6 to attack on top of her already monstrous attack will decimate them. :)

I would recommend Fury so she can boost all her offensive and defensive stats allowing her to have a higher chance of doubling units and avoiding doubles and Fury also gels really well with desperation if you have it in her B slot.

Pair her up with a hone atk & spd 3 dancer and you will see her work her magic!

I got the very same IV this morning. I'm planning on sticking with Death Blow as her speed's in the middle ground of fast enough not to be doubled by much but not fast enough to double mos enemies. Fury can patch that up but for me she's not quick enough for Desperation without buffs.

I pulled Delthea with the same IVs during the first banner she was in. I also pulled two more of her during the LA banner somehow. I merged them with the first one, and gave her Life and Death to boost her speed, (her defense as already terrible) and then gave her vantage along with Drive attack 2, and gave the speed seal. Which will land her at a solid 42 speed and 58 attack.

Use Death Blow and Swordbreaker and you are good to go

Death Blow is perfectly fine, Fury is okay, but Swift Sparrow is best for her, along with LanceBreaker(not Swordbreaker, she will kill less characters with Swordbreaker) and Moonbow(with +3 Spd seal) allows her to take out 191 members of the entire Roster and lose only to 9 characters total without even considering things like Merges, Summoner Support and buffs/debuffs. (assuming you have a +Atk -Def like I do. Though a +Spd -Def works too, just swap out speed Seal for an attack seal)
