Delthea + Juicy wave+

Inherited with brazen atk/speed, wrath 3, and res ploy 3.

Would this be viable or would a better blue mage be better for this? I’m trying to fodder off my juicy wave so that’s why I’m asking! Thanks in advance

As you have now discovered, wrath won't work.
As for the tome, I don't think that it's worth it. Delthea doesn't have an outstanding speed stat to safely abuse the desperation skill even with a speed boon and changing her tome for a different one takes away the only interesting thing about her.

Oops! I just started playing since last month. Would juicy wave be better for someone else then?

It isn’t really a weapon that anyone particularly wants..? Most blue units that may want it already come with unique tomes. However, it could be good with a Spd Refine if you do give it to Delthea (don’t refine before inheriting btw). But yeah, it will give her the same amount of Spd as Linde assuming both have the same IVs, so if you want her to be more of a solo unit or go on a ranged team, than yeah she can make it work.

Wait, if that’s true, then how do you have Brazen Atk/Spd fodder? Winter Robin came out in December and Linus just came out during June?
