Might have to do either a QR or Breaker build depending on what you need. 31 speed is not good at all but she can still be useful with that +Atk. Just build her to whatever your team needs and use her for that role specifically. I would also merge the other one unless you plan on using her as DB fodder and make sure you have a teammate who can buff her attack in case the extra boost helps her get a kill she wouldn't have otherwise
