Deirdre build or throw away?

If she wasn’t -Res, the +Spd would actually be surprisingly good when combined with Spd Ploy and Darting Blow/Swift Sparrow. But since she’s -Res, 32 res is way too low to ploy stuff. Throw her away for Spd Ploy or QR, whichever you need more.

There is no such thing as a character becoming useless if they have bad IVs, i'd say that she can still be a decent mage check for AA, just use her with her base kit, add fury in A and Iceberg as special

I think she still workable. +spd is great even tho her base speed is low. You can run darting blow/swift sparrow/fury. Darting blow gives her 6 more speed boosting her speed to 37 before ploys and sacred seal. Swift sparrow gives 2 less speed but it also gives you more damage. Fury gives the least amount of speed but it helps your enemy phase by granting you more res which us what makes a +spd Deirdre good she can be good on enemy phase baiting fast mages by taking low damage from them abd also ploying their speed. With fury she'll fix her res and have 34 speed. With the ploy it'll boost to 39 and with the speed +3 she'll have 42 speed. If you have anyone buffing her for speed it just gets higher from there. I'll say consider it as sge does have good fodder but can be another nice tanky dragon slayer
