Def+/Hp- Winter Lissa

Her base kit is really good, the only thing I’ve added was distant counter, a dual rally combo and pivot for options.
For me like this she operates a bit like Hector but with a better resistance so she can wall blue Mages. She takes the hit on enemy phase and counters, then if they haven’t been KO’d she moves in for the attack with bold fighter. Vengeful fighter would probably be better on this set but I wasn’t prepared to sacrifice Tharja for it.

alternatively, fury is good on her since all her stats are good, so she benefits it greatly.
