Dazzling staff means she toys with opponents regardless of IVs and recover+ is really strong so I don't see why you need another copy unless you want fodder

IVs generally don't matter too much on healers, as their main goal is to support. You'll normally just want Mia to attack with a Dazzling Refine to mess with foes' cooldowns, and heal.

That's a great IV for a supportive Mia. HP banes are the easiest to overcome, so unless the unit is going to be sporting a boost skill or Panic Ploy always go for -HP. (Not really valid options for H!Mia)

Unless you pull a +atk like I did (but she's also -Spd) I wouldn't bother trying to make her a real offensive threat.
