+Def/-Spd WF Hinoka

Fury ba-desp.

The +def with fury puts her at a nice 60 phy bulk that is a nice threshold so she can take on dc units. Esp armor units which people are complaining that she cant reliably survive a counterattack to take them out.

Ba desp also helps take out faster mages and wary fightrr armors.

She still hits a decent 38 spd by herself which is increased with flier buff.

Overall not bad...just that u wont be able to run deaperation heavy blade on her.

+atk -hp myself which is "perfect" ivs but i realy like ranged unit to have some phy bulk so they can set up easier

If you have an extra life and death, you could use it to raise her speed back up with the help of a +3 speed seal if that's what you are after

Lol that is secretly one of her best iv ;) she still has plenty of spd for armors and needs more def to not die on the back swing!

I'd slap Distant Defense on her and roll with it. As someone else said, she really needs better bulk to not get one shot by DC armors.
