My friend landed her with the last of his orbs. He is 100% F2P, and he really wants to make her work(he loves bunnehs), And has not taken part in any TRs, so he lacks almost every seal(he’s not competitive) What is a good budget PvE set for this PERFECTLY BAD IV set?

That’s like trying to ask someone to fit a square peg in a circle hole. Lol.

But it greatly depends on what team he plans to incorporate her into. Hypothetically she is viable out of the box with a B slot change, a low cooldown special like moonbow and something as simple as getting a speed 3 seal.
