+Def/-Spd or +HP/-Res F!Kana

So after some insane luck, I managed to pull 2 Kanas back to back. While the IVs aren’t optimal, both are workable. I’m going to try to work with her native breath, so Lightning breath shinanagins are not in consideration (at least at the moment). I’m leaning more towards the +Def/-Spd one but want some second opinions. Which one should I build up?

I'd go for +Def -Spd since she can work with an Enemy Phase build, fitting in Quick Riposte to help with the speed bane.

You unknowingly help me because i dont normally use dragons so i was confused on whatvto build towards with my +def -spd kana
