+Def/-Spd or +HP/-Atk Halloween Sakura?

I would say use either one. You can bring her attack or her speed back up with seals, Fury or other A skills, and refinements. Really, any unit will be fine with the right stat-boosting skills or teammates. She would appreciate the extra HP more than the Def though.
