+Def / -Spd, +Hp / -Def, +Res / -Def F! Celica?

I'd say you can either make her a fast swordlord or try to make her tanky with the first or second ivs. To put it in perspective I run an offensive one with +Spd-Def and she works great. It was budget and I think Chill Speed goes to waste if you take a bane in it. Your call but I'm leaning towards -Def+Res
