+def -spd H! Nowi

Honestly, I don’t think her IVs matter that much, as long as you keep her fully buffed. Any bladetome user that’s part of an emblem team can reach insane amounts of damage. As comparison, I have been using a -spd/+def Leo with a bladetome for the longest time before his update. Keep in mind that his offenses are pretty low compared to Nowi and he was still able to one-shot a lot of units. To sum it up, she’ll definitely still work great offensively.

I also pulled her way back in the halloween banner with the same iv, i run her with bladetome desperation and darting blow in a flier team and she can still work even thought she misses in some ko.
Maybe swordbreaker should help her, i don't have any abel or sully at the moment so i can't test, while she should easily ko axes since they normally have low spd and res
