+Def -Spd Exalted Chrom build?

I really want to use him but I didn't get the best iv's, are there any recommended builds for this iv? And are they decent enough? Sorry for asking too much iv based questions!

Those are still good IV's.
Chrom can be either +spd or -spd and still do will and he has really good def.

For a cheap build give him the basic Fury, vantage/chill def, horse emblem buffs, and a +atk/def seal or QR.

if you have the resources you can give him Close def or Steady breath,Vantage,any C skill, QR seal.(to mkae him into a Melee tank)
