-def +res myrrh worth raising?

I had one of those for quite a while. I ran her with Def Ploy, and it worked pretty well until I pulled a second one with "better" IVs (-HP +Spd). Still run Def Ploy on her sometimes.

A def bane really hurts . Fury helps, but you want to run Distant Counter on her. I would also run Def +3 seal or Close Def depending on the desired role. She relies on her Def to deny doubles with Great Flame.

Is she worth building? Of course, she will do great in many PvE modes. Is she optimal? No, and unfortunately she is one of the few characters that the boon or bane really affects them.

My only Myrrh is -def +res. I finally decided to build her today, so I laughed when I saw this post. -Def certainly hurts, but she's still my strongest green flyer, so why not use her?

Yes. Every Myrrh is worth raising.

Pair her up with a dragon ally with Fortify Dragons, or a flying ally with Fortify Fliers, or even L!Ike with Def Tactics to boost her Def. She can still perform well with those IVs.

Same IVs as mine. Give her close def seal because the mages she fights should automatically have pretty low defense
