-Def +Res Fallen Celica passible?

I did a summon today to see if I can get a Fallen Celica, and I did manage to get one! :D however, she's -Def +Res. I was hoping for a Speed boon so I can work with Flashing Blade 3 to her but I don't think it can work without that boon. Unless if anyone else thinks it could? Any and all help and suggestions would be very appreciated!
