Def Ploy Questions

I got a -Res +Def Summer Gaius today, and I do not plan on using him at all, should I sack his Def Ploy to
1. FH! Celica 31Res
2. Neutral 5 Star Felicia.
3. Wait for a better unit
4. leave a suggestion!

either felicia or another unit felicia would like to do even more damage but its your decision

I wouldn't recommend Felicia since her new weapon targets the weakest defense (on any unit, right?), and I don't think Celica needs that, I would wait for another unit. I foddered the -Spd Gaius I got off to my +Res Innes.

You are right on. Felicia is a good ploy user, but still I just find her so weak without at least 3-5 merges, especially with the lack of mages in Arena. Really, when's the last time you saw a magic user on defense that DIDN'T SAY 'Magic is Everything'? They're few and far between for me.

Well, his Refreshing Bolt+ is worth considering, especially since Arvis, who also totes Def Ploy, is coming back and should make at least a new 3* copy of himself available for fodder.

On another note, for that Fallen Celica I'd recommend Atk Ploy, if anything. That way, she can effectively bait other units out and with the defenses from Beloved Zofia and the Atk Ploy to weaken their offense further, that seems like the best option. Otherwise, I could see her using Def Ploy with Atk Ploy Sacred Seal (or Atk Ploy and Def Ploy seal) with a healing special like Sol so she can retain max HP.
