Gamepress used to recommend +ATK/-DEF for Est, so I've been using that for a quite some time. As of a while, Gamepress is recommending +ATK/-HP instead, and luck has it that I pulled one yesterday. But now I'm kind of in doubt because -HP does take away from her magical bulk.
Which one should I go for?
I guess it depends on the build. If you're using her in a Flier Emblem team for the Brave Effect (and it's still effective against armored units if I recall), then I'd go with a defense bane personally. She has a pretty high attack stat, I dunno of any units yet that can survive a Quad-Speration Est (but that's dependent on the B slot), meanwhile she may not be able to make it to a Mage and may have to tank a hit, not to mention dragons.
I usually use her in a mixed infantry team with Brave Lance+/DB4/Drag Back/Def Ploy 3, where I indeed have her tank a magical hit on occasion.
I do have a Flier Emblem team but she isn't always in it, so I just switch between Whitewing Spear and Brave Lance depending on the context haha. The rest of the build stays the same though.

I use the same ivs on her and it makes the most sense. And if you have any sense you know that she isn't a tank and she is coming for your ass. Just let her do better against mages because she's surviving a hit regardless. Most of the people that CAN oneshot her are going to be oneshot way before that
