-def Leon

I'm in a dilemma here. I have a 5 star Leon that's +res, and two 4 stars that are +atk and +spd respectively. But they're all -def. I've been training the 5 star/+res one a bit and I think the -def kind of hurts.
Are any of my Leons worth training up? Any skillsets that could fit any of the IV sets (but preferably +res as he is already 5 stars)? I don't know how often I'll use him considering my go-to archer is Klein.

If you want a lot of investment, I would recommend this set...

+Spd -Def
Slaying Bow+
Reposition/Draw Back
Moonbow
A: Life and Death 3 (Darting Blow or Death Blow 3 for budget set)
B: Wrath 3 (Sword Breaker 3 or Bow/Dagger Breaker for budget set)
C: Threaten Atk/Threaten Def 3 (Any C skill is fine really)
SS: Speed +3 (I wouldn't do any other Seal unless you want Distant Def 3 with Bow/DaggerBreaker)
