Innes is kind of weird as he leans toward res as his better stat over defense. His defense is generally so low that even a boon won't be helping all that much. If you like him or need an archer, he's not a bad investment, but if IVs are a big issue for you, his are not ideal. Not horrible, but not ideal.

Probably not with that iv.
You might want to level him up so you can have spare archer for assault though.
