I'd build her. With a defense boon, she goes to 34 base defense. It's not +Spd or +Atk, but it's definitely a good boon for her, at least in my opinion.

And her bane doesn't interfere with any of her super important stats.

Use her. First, she is Arya. Second, +Def makes her tank better, and her Atk and Spd won't be harmed.

+Def makes her a great duelist, able to be used on both phases.
