+def -att W! Chrom how do I build him

Do none of the suggested builds appeal to you? Is there a certain area you need him to fill?

I think that the -atk shouldn't bother you too much since Chrom has a monstrous attack stat. Personally, I built mine mostly with the default Brazen Atk/Def and Wary Fighter. I imagine you'd have great success with DC however as well since Chrom can't be doubled with Wary Fighter online.

In Armor Emblem with Armor March, I'd advise Swap instead of Pivot, but outside of armor emblem, Pivot might feel better to use.

Special can be Bonfire or Draconic Aura.

His weapon seems pretty good to me for baits but you could also go Slaying Axe+ if you'd prefer faster specials.

C slot is pretty flexible, but something like Threaten Defense outside of armor emblem would feel pretty nice and help him hit harder. Inside Armor Emblem, I'd say maybe opt for Ward or Hone. (I struggle with knowing who to put which armor buff on, not skilled with building armor teams yet.)
