+DEF -ATK Raven Worth Building or Fodder?

I have done a recent mass cleaning out of units I don’t really need/use as I feel like I had way too many. Right now I’m stuck on deciding to keep my +DEF -ATK Raven. (He is 5 star as I got him as a pity break pre-demotion I believe).

I have few good infantry axe units and I know he is one of the best right now but being an offensive glass cannon type unit his IVs are pretty bad.

Is he worth keeping and if so how should I build him (budget build would be ideal), or would I just be better off foddering him and hope I get a better axe unit in the future?

Any thoughts appreciated.

If you don't plan on merging him, it might be a good idea to fodder the brave axe and just build on a copy with a good IV. Kind of saves you 20k feathers.

Eh, he can be worth keeping around to experiment with. Raven's known as being a glass cannon, but he doesn't always have to be built as such. While the attack bane is less than ideal, the defense boon can come in handy if you, again, want to experiment. Possibly put him in a unit builder and see what you can come up with.

Other than that, like mentioned already, if you don't plan on merging Raven, then foddering him can be a perfectly fine option.
