You don't have to do anything special with her. Just the usual Fury, Wings of mercy and Hone atk. She is a dancer (a singer in her case) so her IVs don't matter. Yours tanks melee damage better so thats something.

Just run her as dedicated Dancer support.

A - Triangle Adept / Fury
B - Wings of Mercy / Flier Formation
C - Hone Fliers / whatever buff if mixed team

She can probably duel lower-Attack lances if she needs to with Triangle Adept or Fury, but she likely won't need to enter combat TOO often.
