I free summoned Veronica and gave her C slot to my lilina.

Should i summon for Celica to give her DB4?

i guess that really depends on if you think the potential orbs spent are worth it. There's always the possibility that you may not get her and just have wasted your orbs too. It's like not like DB4 is game changing so if you decide to leave it alone you should be fine.

That's true, She has DB3 and seems to obliterate most units anyway.

My honest answer is however, absolutely do NOT. Its a huge waste for such a minor upgrade, you are better off keeping your orbs for when they release an actually decent skill you want on her.
