DC priorities?

After not being impressed by the recent trailer, I decided to fish for a Hector so I can give someone DC. After being blindsided by a 5* Serra, who is now merged into my 4* version, I finally got a Hector to fodder for DC. I already have a fully built version of him, and he's got stellar IVs, so I'll fodder the new one. Who should I prioritize with the skill? My options right now:

* Young Tiki (+HP -def), who originally had Lightning Breath before she got Breath of Fog. Currently has Armored Blow.
* Myrrh (neutral), who has kept her prf breath. Currently has Fury.
* Mathilda (+HP -def), who kept her Ridersbane. Her A slot is currently empty.
* Titania (+spd -def), who currently has Gerome's Poleaxe. Currently has Armored Blow.
* A unit carrying Casa Blanca+, to make use of the weapon's Dull Ranged effect better. While it's still on LA Eliwood, Oscar (+HP -res, currently has basic Def buff) also got it.
* Whoever gets Berkut's Lance, now that I beat his Infernal map. Candidates for the lance are LA Eliwood, Abel (+def -res, currently has standard HP buff), Sharena (currently has standard Spd buff), and Mathilda.

Fodder priorities heavily depend on your personal priorities.

I can only offer general advice that I use whenever deciding who can get DC:
1. Can the unit actually fight and kill ranged while still being able to deal with melee matchups?
2. Do I like how the unit looks? (Or any other favorite/affection logic applies here)
3. Can I reliably merge it?
4. Would it be better to focus on complete melee dominance, rather than trying to cover everything? (pretty much a team/lineup question).

Yeah, that's mainly what I'm trying to do.

Thinking back on it now, Myrrh looks like a solid candidate. I got two sources of Fortify Dragons (Ninian and MKana) that I can pair with her, so she should still be fine defensewise.
