What IV and refine should I use?

I’m thinking +Spd/-Hp with a Def refined slaying axe

She’s gonna be my new merge project

The IVs sound good but I’d go with a res refine so she can work as a mage check, the boost in res will help a lot with green mages like Sonya, nino, Deidre, Inigo, and Halloween Henry
