DB4 or Swift Sparrow for Elincia

I just pulled a Brave Celica and I plan to give DB4 to my Elincia. Problem is, she's +spd. Is she good enough for DB4 anyway or is she better off with Swift Sparrow for quad?

If not, any suggestion of who I should give DB4 to? My candidates are:
+atk Cherche
+atk Lilina
+spd B!Ephraim
+atk Reinhardt

If you have swift sparrow already on Elincia, I would keep it. If you have a +spd Elincia, swift sparrow brings her up to a respectable 41 spd on initiation. This quads a good amount of units not all but enough to work quite well. DB4 also works on her with a high enough speed to prevent doubles from enemies but I would say a unit like Lilina who purely relies on atk could use it more. In the end it's your decision. Personally I would wait because it's only +2 attack, and I think skill refinery is coming soon. If I were to choose though I'd pick your Cherche or Reinhardt. They get +4 instead of +2
