Help! Ok so yesterday I FINALLY managed to summon a H!Mia! Her IVs aren’t anything special (def+hp-) but thankfully not an Atk- or Spd-! But anyway, I was going to refine her weapon, but I don’t know whether to go for Dazzling Witchy Wand or Wrathful Witchy Wand! Which should I chose?
I would go with Dazzling. Her Atk is already kinda low (unless you're planning on heavily investing in her Atk potential and you're running her with flier buffs) and she won't be doing a lot of damage anyways, so it's better to prevent counterattacks and use her special charge debuff.
For a supportive role, I would refine her staff for Dazzling Witchy Wand. Her attack isn't too high, so unless you were to have a boon in Atk, it's kinda low for a healer at 31 base.
It's better in your case to prevent enemies from countering so she can safely control the enemies' special cooldowns
