Datamine Assets .rar Issue

Although the datamine coverage page indicates that there is an assets. rar for the newest update, all the link leads to is a 404 error page. Is this merely a problem with delivering the assets .rar, or is this a stealth way of stating that "the datamine assets .rar this time around is very useful, thus you're not getting it this time"? Thanks.
