Dancer's Fan and Breath of Life Stack?

So yeah, the title, does P!Olivia's Dancer's Fans stack with Breath of Life? Or does having the Fans cancel out Breath of Life?

Cause I mean... if they do stack, Dancer's Fans + Breath of Life 3 + Breath of Life seal = 17 HP to adjacent allies. That's not bad at all, I just don't know if it'll work is all >.>
