Currently T18 wondering if I can rank up to T19

I had a perfect arena run and ended with 4808 score and was wondering if this was able to rank up to T19

I would guess so, without looking at the actual numbers I am pretty sure that's what I've been getting while bouncing between 18 and 19 for a while.

I would say no, I scored in the 4900ish range and stayed in tier 18 last week

uhhh, what? How. Pretty sure I could make it into T20 just fine with that score. I made it into T19 said week and I barely got any matches reaching into 700.
