Cucked by Alm

So I've been sniping for reds in hopes of getting Laevatein or Laegjarn but the first time I got pitybroken by Alm, then after mentioning that I wanted to give him DB 4, I ended up getting a B!Celica, which is nice because I needed a second one for fodder (Amazing that I got couple pitybroken)
Then not too long ago I summoned yet another Alm, all under a day
This is nice and all but its starting to get old
Anyways this lead to another question, which Alm? +spd -res or +def -res?

+def. His refine let's him double regardless so +Spd isn't needed.

You could try to quad with Alm if you get +Spd. If you are familiar with the YouTuber Lu Bu, he managed to create an Alm that was able to quad and kill even +10 Effie despite being at +1.

Even if you don't intend to quad with him, Alm's Spd could be brought to such a level where he can avoid more doubles when he isn't attacking but has to be in the range of the enemy. His physical bulk isn't bad at all, and I think the extra Spd is going to be more useful for surviving than the extra Def.

Probably +spd? Most of his bulk is in his HP anyways, and the extra spd can help if you're keeping windsweep.

Oh, dang. I would love to get Alm. And I got Laegjarn on my free summon and am kinda meh about her. I so wish trading was a thing that this game let us do.

That's the best pity breaker in the game omg. +Spd. You can use windsweep builds on him with phantom speed seal and it's very good.
