I like trying to make creative use of awkward IVs, but then I prefer to try to make something meaningful out of what the IV strengthens, which brazen vantage doesn't do with -atk. Your IVs give her really good mixed bulk with good spd at the expense of atk. If you accept this push from the IVs, one option is to take a spd refine ("now try to double me" - and HP is mixed bulk that's only good for one hit), brazen def/res, spd+ seal, QR, and iceberg. If you have an accelerator (QP, someone with infantry pulse, or switch to slaying lance), first attacker will probably fall on the iceberg activation, otherwise, you unleash it on your next victim to compensate for a lower attack. (Alternatively, go for glacies and bait twice; you'll be looking at a OHKO retaliation with around 30 damage just from the glacies. She has mixed bulk comparable to H.Jakob, who can run a vengeful fighter + CC build, so she should survive two hits just fine especially with brazen def/res.)
Also: if you really want to bust your first attacker, use moonbow. 29+14+2 (prf bonus for starting with 100%HP) = 45, which is not fantastic but might do the trick on a moonbow.
