Couple questions

1. Which special for +atk/-spd Lewyn? Currently using Darting Blow 3 and speed seal to patch his speed, but will switch to Swift Sparrow for scoring if I opt to use him as Arena Bonus unit.

2. And then who to build next S!Kagero (+res/-def) or Quan (+spd/-hp)? I want to build both eventually but with only one blessing I only plan to build one of the two at the moment, and I don't have a particular team/weapon need for one over the other. And if so how would you build them with these ivs (they certainly aren't bad)?

1. It depends on the speical skills you like. Personally I love skills which boost 50% or 150% dmg.

2. I would go for Quan cuz he is a monster.

Cant go wrong with glimer. For his arena bonus season. Go with an aoe. The stat boost will make either heavy or flashing blade viable

What I'm doing is not necessarily best, but I have that exact IV and I'm keeping glimmer for now because glimmer is really good against opponents that have all their bulk in their HP (i.e. stupidly inflated stats) and I might fodder him at some point because I also have a copy that has neutral in both offensive stats. But +atk -spd is better for PvE because of the absurd amounts of HP and most units don't have like 40 spd. I'm not even going to bother trying to cover the bane. I could consider changing my tune for arena.

2. Build the one that excites you more or the one who is more needed in your barracks. If you choose based on the second option, you can let us know what role you're trying to fill and we can offer further advice.

Honestly I don't know which is more needed, as both could be nice but it's not dire. When it comes to Quan, I have Camus as another lance cav and L'Arachel as a blue cav nuker. And technically -atk Reinhardt but I do prefer my +7 +spd Blarblade L'Arachel over him. And I have a decent amount of non-cav lances as well like Nephenee, B!Lucina, Catria, Ephraim, and Tana.

Meanwhile with S!Kagero, I have a Bownoka as well as S!Tana, SF!Nino, F!Morgan, and B!Ninian for ranged 2 fliers. And I have at least Sothe, Festival Elincia, S!Linde, and Felicia as other dagger units. I do also have an extra S!Linde, idk if it would be worthwhile to give S!Kagero Starfish but it's technically an option.

And excitement is a similar stalemate, neither is a top favorite character of mine but I like both enough that I do want to build both at somepoint. And they're both sorta in a similar like range for me.

I'm pretty sure Quan is the tankiest lance in your barracks at the moment. 36 spd and 40 def on enemy phase with Gae Bolg, is it? (native A-skill)

Doesn't sound like you're struggling for daggers.

If it's close enough you could just pick either one and go with it. Or you could wait and see whether Quan gets demoted. The other thing you might think about is the fodder potential of each unit. Both have some really good stuff.
