Could Siegbert be any good?

I wanted to ask since we have his neutral stats and such. I know he won't be as good as Soleil, but I wanna know where he ranks out of the 4.

And will Soleil have a blazing silver sword?
And is "blazing" the word they chose to replace "powercreeped version of" ? If so, that's pretty effective :o

I quit the meta. It just angers me with every summon I do. Now, idc what I summon, and thats that. I want Siegfried because I like him, not for meta reasons. Same for Christmas Robin.

I wouldn't really compare Siegbert and Soleil just because they are different movement types (cavalry and infantry respectively). With that said, I think that Siegbert will be awesome if you don't have Brave Roy, because to a certain extent, they fill a similar role in a team, which is being the main sweeper. Siegbert has an added benefit of more min-maxed defensive stats, which means that you can use him for physical tanking as well. Swift sparrow 2 as a weapon skill is definitely pretty good, so I'd rank him quite high.

I find what you say kinda funny considering Soliel and Siegbert pretty much both do similar roles except ones on a horse. If we really wanted to we cpuld jusy give him the firesweep sword+ eventually and then hed be a Soliel on a horse which is obvipusly the better unit in most cases because horse emblem. Similar to Waifu Cordelia being the best archer literally until Brave Lyn came into the picture. She became the more used and the more powerful unit because of movement and horse emblem

I actually find Siegbert and Soleil around roughly equal in usage.

Siegbert's weapon has Swift Sparrow 2 built into it and stacks with the Swift Sparrow 2 skill itself, granting him Atk/Spd+8 upon initiation. Add a Hone Cavalry buff and his offensive presence threatens both Ayra and Mia. Having a higher BST than normal and has good mobility makes him stand out nicely.

Soleil on the other hand, being our new strongest Sword user in the game, whose Attack stat ties with Cherche, just makes me want to replace Chrom for her. She's undeniably strong and fast, but not Ayra/Mia tier in speed. Strength, however, is a completely different story. Her Firesweep Sword+ grants her free damage and kills, while Brave Sword+ effectively makes her the strongest user of it.

But in my opinion, this is how I would rank each children accordingly:
Shiro > Siegbert = Soleil ≥ Rahjat

I don't care how good the Nohrian swordsmen are, but Shiro has the greatest appeal to me out of all the children characters. Rahjat is basically Green Tharja... but we have Nino already, so... this is just my opinion how I see them as.

I'm kind of dissapointed that Rahjat has no outstanding qualities. Her art is one of the best, so it's sad that they didn't accompany it by giving her a dedicated use that would make her special..Gronnwolf is imho not enough. Hopefully she'll get demoted to 4* after her event, so that we'll have a realistic chance of mass-merging her and making her actually somewhat scary.

Yeah, kinda hope she'll get demoted along with Soleil. Its kinda weird how Siegbert is so similar to Soleil, so would they tie for best unit in the banner or would that honor just go to Soleil due to Firesweep Sword?
