Could this potentially work for Navarre?

So I've been testing a new SS/Desperation/QP refine/Luna build on him as of late and it works great. But im wondering if there's a build that helps him keep his health up. Could this work?

Scarlet Sword (eff)
Noontime/Sol
Swift Sparrow
Wrath
Desperation (if it happens to be a seal in this upcoming TT)

Could this work? Or would it just fall flat on its face?
