Corrin with a non-iheritable A skill?

So, Corrin is a pretty good character, but in Heroes he is very much like nothing, or maybe close to be a substitute for Supports.
So, thinking about something that would thrill his spirit to tier 1 I came up with that:

A skill
The Prince Dragon: non-inheritable. "Grants +2 Attack/Spd/Def/Resist to this unit for each adjacent Dragon for 1 turn."

I thought about something like "Gain Dragon Bonuses" so it didn't acumulate and could be countered by Panic.
Maybe it would be better to put it on a new Yato for a new Corrin.
So, what are your ideas?
Is this too strog, or too irrelevant?
Any better ideas?

I actually find M!Corrin to be really strong, especially if you give him any of the stat-refines instead of the support refine. o.o

I guess... but this doesn't really solve the whole "he's a 'weaker' version of the heroes he tries to mimic" thing people accuse him of doing. Because of his Yato refine, Corrin can make use of practically any IV set and use it to his advantage. +Atk is always nice. +Speed can turn him into a speed demon. +Def can turn him into a bulky wall and +Res can help him run ploys.

He's a jack of all trades, and that usually means that he doesn't specialize at any "one" thing like, for example, Lukas who specializes in just being a physical wall.

He's arguably one of the most flexible units in the game, and while this "Dragonic Owltome" effect can help (depending on team composition), I personally can't see it being used over other A skills that can help him in a more general sense, rather then 'this is most effective when in a team with 3 dragon units.'

Completely agreed!
This is just an idea based on my personal concept, that to be a real jerk of all trades you have to have a nich you can choose. The same way you can choose nothing at all.
Or I was just thinking about Corrin + Nowi combo.
