Cordelia is 4*+4, +Spd -Defense and I wanted some advice on builds. The only lance user I regularly use is Azura (who doesn't attack) and was wondering if firesweep lance or brave lance was better offensively. Also are there any characters that want FSL more?
Brave Lance is usually better offensively, unless the opponent has extremely high defenses that nullify your attacks almost completely. That said, the quad attack build Cordelia can run pretty much requires LnD and leaves her at danger of going down in one counterattack due to low defenses. Fsweep avoids counterattacks altogether so it's better defensively with added benefit of bypassing Vantage gimmicks.
I find that quad lance is not really a thing (too risky and most of the time most of threats die in 2 blows, anyone that can counter attack would just OHKO her), so I wouldn't put brave lance on a 35 bs atk flier that isn't +atk (plus you could have hinoka or est that could run that build as effectively)
Firesweep Lance Cordelia is a monster. Just make sure to have LnD 3 and that she always receive hone spd (she pairs very well with TA eirika to take out axes) to acheive 47 spd, plus yours can reach up to 49 spd in higher merges (you'll double 99% of the meta)
Most of the time Firesweep is better than Brave thanks to the extra 7Mt (assuming you will double your opponent) and the flexibility that the weapon gives. However Brave is better if your opponent has lancebreaker, so mind this when attacking a reinhardt.

Repostion
Draconic aura (she can take out some axes with it)
LnD 3
Hit and run / drag back
As you want
I guess Tana could run it better with that 1 extra spd but she has a legendary weapon and is rare, so fishing for a +spd one is not likely to happen
Last thing, if you ever run her in a flier emblem, firesweep is the way to go as she will both benefit from atk and spd
