Which is better on a Firesweep set with LnD, +atk or +Spd?

Depends how you want to deal with the upper extreme of the spd spectrum then. I think you have potentially to just straight up outspeed them if Ninian is using a goad because you're getting to something like 54. If you're satisfied with a bit less and maybe not being able to natural-double the most extreme of the speedsters, take the extra atk because you might need it when PvE stat inflation gets too ludicrous.

Atk is probably a desirable boon since you want to ensure you can maximise her damage output and defeat troublesome red foes like Karla. Slaying Lance, Galeforce and Heavy Blade are your best friends, what I mean is that you can proc Galeforce when she initiates combat with foe. This may even work if you replace Slaying Lance with Firesweep, but it will take her 2 turns to proc Galeforce.

Generally, a firesweep set is better with +Spd -Hp. Even if you run the heavy blade SS it is still better the +Spd because you want to double enemies to have your special ready as soon as possible.

ATK is better since her base speed with LaD 3 is 40 Wich means she can easily double alot of units in the game.
