Hello, my Cordelia is -HP +SPD and I'm specializing her in doubling as many enemies as possible to trigger Galeforce often.
However, I'm not sure about what I should do with her A skill, I have access to both Darting Blow 3 and Life and Death 3, I already taught her Desperation 3 and Theaten Speed 3. My first instinct would be Darting Blow because I feel she would be excessively frail with Life and Death (specially when she's already -HP), but what do you think?

Well without an atk boon she really needs an atk boost from somewhere. Will she be running with someone with Hone Atk? If not I hate to say but put LoD on her. Cordelia doesn't hit very hard without some kinda boost and with Fury on every red and blue that isn't also running LoD she is gonna need the extra firepower or risk doing single digit damage.
+Spd gives Cordelia 33 speed, right?
My thoughts are with Darting Blow. Because like you said, Life and Death would make her incredibly frail. Without the extra defense Triangle Adept gives when against reds, her defense would be an incredibly frail 19 defense w/ Life and Death. On a physical unit.
Not only that, but Darting Blow 3 + Threaten Speed three would give you an effective 11+ speed on initiative. That's pretty darn good.
So yeah, I think Darting Blow 3 would be the way to go.
I'd go the opposite way.
Life and Death since it won't matter much defensively. Her 33 speed is at the range where Life and Death covers the speedier heroes from double her. There are a lot of 38+ speed foes that will double her and 5 extra def/res isn't going to save her if you go darting.
It's about same numbers of neutrals who can orko her defensively 30-32 if you go Darting or LoD. The main difference is she'll survive speedier heroes instead of powerful ones.
But offensively she can bump up from 83 to 92 more people she can orko if she goes LoD.
Life and Death, without questions, I have her 5 star, and without life and death she usually gets OHKO.. so glass cannon build is her strength.. Naturally i have an olivia behind her that adds to Atk.. I am still in search of a proper B skill tho, And ive tested Galeforce and Astra, the rare occasion that you get the extra move, or more damage.. its a toss up but for me Astra works better. the extra damage is clutch

Threaten Speed/Defense (Choose to compliment your boon, defense since you're +Spd)
-Hp will ensure that even at +10 she will hit 75% health after just one Ardent, and +Speed will allow you to outspeed a lot of units. Add the Speed Seal for additional speed, as well as a Hone Speed ally. Eirika works great allowing an attack boost too.
