Considering an open letter to IS

There are a lot of things I'd like to express to IS, for example: thanks for the recent updates, accessories, organizing the allies menu, thanks for the distant bond abilities which reward good planning and efficient tactical play, thanks for the extra orbs for the tap battle mishap; on the flip side, why are you continuing to introduce these ridiculously powerful swords into the red pool while multiple other types (daggers and healers, for instance) are struggling to find a place outside grand conquests because the team is so small? Is it not enough that Dark Mystletainn was added to Ayra and Mia's class, that we now need somebody who doesn't even need her special? Why isn't something being done about the arena scoring system, which favours armours with their access to insanely powerful skills like bold fighter, makes it hard for infantry units to compete who don't even have +4/+4 combat buffs (let alone +6/+6 hones and are more vulnerable to panic), and rewards those who put aether and distant counter on their units at the expense of those who build their units for maximal effectiveness?

I know there's a feedback button, but I'd like to try to get a lot of voices behind one expression to see if we can increase our influence. Does anybody have a venue/medium to suggest where people can get behind such a thing, and are there other things that should be mentioned?

I have to somewhat agree on the arena scoring. I've found it atrocious the moment I started playing FEH and saw just how it worked.

If anything, there should be a reward for being able to win despite significant disadvantage in BST (including merge and summoner support), skill strength, and mobility. And skill strength can't be measured just by SP cost - either breath skill is many times more powerful than escape route and probably more powerful than QR. Bold fighter? Forget it; the power exceeds 1000SP of other skills. Synergy between skills probably shouldn't be measured for scoring purposes; too complex and besides it's a good way to reward players who choose good combinations

I can't help but to agree with the arena problem. My mixed tactics team doesn't score much vs every armor in the game. And where is the infantry based buffs?

This is a good question; fliers have very strong buffs with similar BST, much better movement which enables easy activation of the buffs, and only weaknesses are arrows and relative unavailability of ranged units. Infantry has lots more tanks with innate DC, breath skills and wrath (also available to armours), really strong support units (ex: Marth, B.Lucina, Eirika), and infantry pulse. Mobility seems to trump them all, though. It's a question why fliers don't have lower BST like horses...I guess archers were supposed to be more common, but they are relatively underpowered, especially given the BST-based scoring system. Anything I missed?

Yeess I hate when i want to +10 my favourite units but they have low bst and suck with specials like aether
At the very least they need to add more high scoring skills so we have more options and lower the effect of bst on the score :/

I was thinking they should consider some kind of ELO (player rating) system to handle the matching, just do away with BST-and SP-based measurements. These are becoming decreasingly effective ways to estimate the strength of a team.

I would want a way to +10 limited unit like TT/GHB, and maybe give them IV

Oh definitely. Even just rerunning some TTs like they did with Masked Marth would be fantastic. I completely missed a few of the early TTs and a few of the 5* versions because I was dumb and didn't care about TT when it came out. I only have Black Knight at all because of that orb promo.

And many of the units would be greatly improved if they could get IVs.
