Conquest Confusion

First 2 grand conquest I was in Alm army. Now first two round I was with blue, and game was fair (12-11-7). On the third round I was added to Anna's army (didnt know that you can be transferd between rounds). I though, ok maybe it is because of balance, greens were to weak, and some people were added to that team. But know is even worse. 21 areas is in red. There is over 20h to end, but I suspect that there is something wrong with grand conquest AI.
Are anyone was transfer between rounds?

The thing is, that there are many "realms" in GC. And for each new battle, you join a random realm and a random army. Nothing confusing about that.

Randomness is quite confusing, actually.

I always get place in a different team for each round. I didn't know you can stay in the same team.

Green is not weak, the team can be sleeping now, or working, studying...

On theory you(and everyone) is send to a Outrealm with players with the same strengh than you, is for the balance of the mode.

Today and yesterday alfonse was leading with 20 areas almost all the time, right now he have 11, who knows how much areas he will have in the end. I think he will not gain much this round, team Alfonse have used so much lances to keep the territories for so much time, and Sharena is not doing much, probably waiting to burn everything in the last rounds.

I'm sure I've rotated round each army in the past GCs. The areas will shift significantly as well each round but it doesn't matter until the last few, I'm currently team Sharena and we started the last round with 5 and this round have 16.
