Communication error

So I was trying to get some orbs for karla, but its giving me an error message, idk how to fix it, any advice?

Turn off battery save and wait few moments later. You should be able to charge orbs quickly without the communication error.

Else, I'm not sure what may be the issue.

I don't use battery saver mode, I'll probably just wait until it resolves itself

I get those sometimes with things like hotel wifi. Just retry in a bit and it should work.
