Close Counter Kagero

I know there will have been loads of 'what do do with...' when the banner came out but I wasn't paying attention. I want to do the below built for my H!Kagero and really I just need someone to say that's a good use of CC because I'm never confident in myself with such rare and useful fodder.

Also, I like the perma-Guard effect of her Bottled Juice but would a Barb Shuriken be better as she can run Dragon Fang? Note I have no Starfish fodder having foolishly merged both my S!Linde who I will be keeping.

Additional observation, that maid uniform is just painted on.

It's fine, add some wards and you will be fine.

It's a good point. I generally don't like CC on her but with multiple wards it really is quite decent

I would refine def, instead of res if you want use CC.
But realy I would make her full offensive:
- death blow or maybe dual brazen (atk/def+atk/res),
- bold figher,
- barb shuriken (or starfish with brazen)
- still I would refine def on her weapon.

I'm liking the Barb Shuriken with double brazen idea. 67 attack with the brazens active procing Dragon Fang when she doubles ranged units. I'm closing in on 275,000 feathers with no sign of my 2 merge projects in months so I may as well spend some on a Kaze for her, he's not rare fodder, unlike CC.

Why use Dragon Fang when you can use Astra 🤔

Dragon fang scales of unit atk stat meanwhile astra scales of units damage dealt thus dragon fang is more consistent than astra.
That's why glimmer (basicslly weaker variant of astra) used with units that can deal a ton of damage to have more additional damage from special proc. But if you deal around 10 dmg (just as an example) astra will get you less damage that dragon fang will.
