Close Counter H!Kagero Build Help

Got lucky and pulled a Halloween Kagero (+def -res). I had a spare Takumi laying around and I decided to give her Close Counter to take advantage of her amazing physical bulk, which she's kicked so much ass with. But I'm not exactly sure what to give her for her Sacred Seal. I had Hardy Bearing unequipped so I gave it to her temporarily, but what Seal would benefit her the most?

She's a double phase unit so you should equip a seal that benefits both phases. A simple stat boost seal will do well. You can fix her res bane, or increase her attack or defense.

Do you think that the new Brazen Atk/Res seal would help patch up her Res while still boosting attack? I'm asking because she's supposed to get damaged for this effect to work, but she's a high DEF unit. You think something like a simple Res +3 seal would be just as good to fix her bane?

You can if you want but I also budget the seals because I know for a FACT that someone else in your barracks is using it or can abuse the seal better.

Not gonna lie, you're probably right, someone like Normal Celica can probably abuse Brazen Atk/Res in addition to her Refined Ragnarok which damages her greatly. In fact, giving it to her frees up Atk Smoke. I feel like Kagero debuffing Def/Res and Atk within 2 spaces would work well, especially with her CC Defensive bulk. What do you think?

Close/Distant Defense to help patch up her Res?

Close Defense and Distant Defense are being used by other units unfortunately. Laejarn and S!Tiki (Adult) respectively use them, and they utilize them really well. I was thinking of maybe giving her either the new Brazen Atk/Res seal or patch up her bane with Res+3. Which of these do you think would work better? Or is there one that outdoes both?
